About the role
The Store Associate works in a fast‑paced environment to deliver friendly and courteous service to customers. The role includes store maintenance activities such as stocking shelves, merchandising and general housekeeping.
Key responsibilities
- Greet, assist and thank customers in person and over the phone.
- Recommend related products so customers leave with everything they need.
- Execute retail tasks efficiently, including stocking, labeling, facing and keeping areas clean.
- Perform hole checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Required profile
- No prior experience required – training will be provided.
- Available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Physically able to stand, walk and lift items for up to 8 hours.
- Approachable, customer‑focused and able to solve problems quickly.
