Store Associate – Gardencity Mall

About the role

The Store Associate works in a fast‑paced environment to deliver friendly and courteous service to customers. The role involves store maintenance activities such as stocking shelves, merchandising and general housekeeping.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, assist and thank customers in person and over the phone.
• Recommend related products so customers leave with everything they need.
• Execute retail tasks efficiently, including stocking, labeling, facing and keeping areas clean.
• Perform hole checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Approachable and able to handle physical demands such as standing, walking, lifting and reaching for up to 8 hours.
• Strong computer proficiency and problem‑solving ability.
• Comfortable making decisions and adapting in a fast‑paced environment.
• Capability to operate a cash register.
