Store Associate – Gardencity Mall

About the role

The Store Associate works in a fast‑paced retail environment at Gardencity Mall, delivering friendly and courteous service to customers while maintaining the store’s appearance and inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, assist and thank customers in person and over the phone.
• Recommend related products to ensure customers leave with everything they need.
• Stock shelves, label items, face products and keep the sales floor clean and organized.
• Perform hole checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow health and safety regulations and store policies.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions when required.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk and lift items for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Approachable attitude and strong problem‑solving skills.
