Sr. SEO Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to lead our organic search strategy across our adult entertainment and gaming platforms. The role partners with internal stakeholders to enhance visibility, drive traffic, and ensure SEO best practices are applied throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and prioritize issues based on impact.
• Analyze server logs, crawl reports, and analytics data to improve indexation and organic growth.
• Lead keyword research aligned with business goals, including traditional and generative AI search.
• Own content development strategy to meet SEO and monetization objectives.
• Coordinate SEO tasks with project managers, developers, and cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor emerging SEO, AI discovery, and internet marketing trends to inform strategy.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in SEO.
• Self‑motivated, autonomous problem‑solver with a data‑driven mindset.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
• Proficiency with SEMrush and Screaming Frog.
• Experience with performance tracking tools such as Debugbear, Gtmetrix or PageSpeed alternatives.
• Understanding of Core Web Vitals.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
