Sr. Director, Design & User Experience

About the role

PointClickCare is seeking a senior leader to shape the design and user experience of its B2B healthcare technology portfolio. The Sr. Director will ensure product interactions are intuitive, consistent, and aligned with customer needs and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive a unified experience strategy across product, engineering, and design teams.
• Embed high standards of craft, clarity, and accountability into every product interaction.
• Advance UX and content design as a strategic capability to accelerate execution and improve product‑market fit.
• Lead the creation of scalable, AI‑enabled product experiences for a complex healthcare technology suite.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional leaders to align design initiatives with business goals.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in design and user experience, preferably within B2B technology.
• Strong track record of building and scaling design teams.
• Deep understanding of healthcare technology ecosystems and customer needs.
• Ability to influence product strategy at the intersection of design, engineering, and product management.
