Sr. Demand Planning Manager

About the role

Join the LEGO® Group in Canada as a senior member of the Market Operations team. You will own the development of a risk‑balanced monthly demand plan that aligns with commercial, customer and marketing objectives, and you will drive continuous improvement of the S&OP process.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the monthly demand plan for the Canada Business Unit, covering shipments, consumer sales and retail closing stock.
• Lead the S&OP process, consolidating forecasts, analysing performance and seasonality, and presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with regional and global demand planning colleagues to ensure seamless execution and tool enhancements.
• Identify and implement actions to mitigate risks to the full‑year plan and improve forecast accuracy metrics.
• Coach and motivate the demand planning and inventory management team, fostering skill development and process upgrades.

Required profile

• Several years of demand planning experience in consumer goods, pharmaceuticals or a related industry.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
