About the role
We are looking for a Spray Paint Operator to join our team in Winnipeg. The role involves operating and maintaining painting and plating equipment on a shift basis.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and maintain painting and plating equipment.
- Operate electroplating equipment to coat metal.
- Operate hot‑dip metal plating equipment to galvanize metal.
- Operate spray equipment to rebuild worn or damaged parts.
- Paint small items and perform touch‑ups using brushes.
- Prepare and apply stencils, decals, or other decorative items.
- Select appropriate paint and mix paints as required.
Required profile
- High school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in painting, plating or related industrial processes.
- Ability to work shift schedules.
