About the role

The Executive Protection Specialist supports the safety and security of senior bank executives as part of TD's Employee Protection Program. Reporting to the Group Manager, GPS Employee Protection Programs, the role involves close collaboration with internal teams, external security vendors, and law‑enforcement agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide secure driving and transportation services for senior executives.
• Manage visitor access and control on executive floors.
• Conduct security advances, close‑protection duties, and routine patrols.
• Deliver security for special events and handle incident management.
• Perform surveillance and risk‑based monitoring to identify and mitigate threats.
• Plan and adjust travel routes, addressing potential security concerns.

Required profile

• Experience in executive protection or related security operations.
• Ability to work within established guidelines and procedures of the Employee Protection Program.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interaction with senior executives, assistants, vendors, and law‑enforcement.
• Willingness to operate in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment.
