About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our high school team. The role involves supporting students with special needs, collaborating with families and school officials, and contributing to an inclusive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Discuss student progress and results with students, parents, and school officials.
• Participate in educational conferences, teacher‑training workshops, and staff meetings.
• Prepare and deliver subject material in line with the approved curriculum.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Provincial or Territorial Teaching Certificate.
• 1 to less than 2 years of teaching experience.
• Ability to manage a large caseload, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
