Sourcing Coordinator

About the role

Knix is looking for a proactive Sourcing Coordinator to support its fast‑growing apparel business. You will work closely with the Sourcing & Production Manager, internal product teams, and overseas vendors to keep product development, merchandising and sourcing timelines on track.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Sourcing & Production Manager to maintain up‑to‑date work‑in‑progress timelines.
• Manage purchase orders from placement through delivery, following up with overseas vendors.
• Update and communicate the development, merchandising and sourcing calendar to stakeholders.
• Monitor delivery dates, coordinate vendor meetings and travel, and ensure timely communication of any changes.
• Prepare scheduled and ad‑hoc reports, charts, and department materials.
• Lead weekly calls with key vendors to review production progress and resolve issues.
• Track sample requests, manage sample distribution, and keep the product/shipment tracker accurate.
