Sourcing Analyst

About the role

Join a fast‑growing food and beverage manufacturing company as a Sourcing Analyst. You will support the procurement function by delivering data‑driven insights, managing supplier relationships, and helping to secure the timely delivery of materials.

Key responsibilities

• Support category sourcing strategies through market research, forecasting and detailed data analysis.
• Manage demand‑planning information, partnering with internal teams to optimise inventory levels and supplier performance.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, handling performance management and resolving procurement issues.
• Assist in sourcing and contract negotiations by providing cost analysis, benchmarking and scenario modelling.
• Monitor market conditions and supply‑risk factors, identifying opportunities to improve business continuity.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models, dashboards and reporting tools for operational and procurement decisions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in buying, sourcing, procurement, supply chain or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Food Science or a related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including analytical, reporting and data‑modeling capabilities.
