About the role

We are seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high‑impact backend services that power secure and scalable digital financial solutions. The role is fully remote and supports a global user base, operating at the intersection of modern finance, blockchain technology, and cloud‑based systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high‑quality backend services and applications.
• Own software components from initial architecture through production monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Build secure, fault‑tolerant, and scalable solutions for large user bases.
• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to solve complex technical challenges.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, including microservices, cloud‑native, and distributed systems.
• Apply modern engineering practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, and continuous delivery.
• Utilize Event‑Driven Architecture and Domain‑Driven Design to create maintainable systems.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge‑sharing activities.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in software engineering principles.
• Experience with at least one programming language, preferably Python.
• Background in backend development and building reliable, secure systems.
• Comfortable learning new technologies and working in a collaborative remote environment.
