About the role

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with deep expertise in React to join an elite FinTech firm in downtown Montreal. The role focuses on building high‑performance, user‑centric web applications that power data‑intensive financial platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development of modern front‑end architecture delivering highly responsive, interactive web interfaces.
• Own the creation of new greenfield digital products from concept through production release.
• Engineer complex, data‑intensive web platforms and analytical tools that handle large datasets and demanding workflows.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product leadership, design, and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into robust features.
• Produce high‑quality, reusable, and maintainable front‑end code within a scalable architecture.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven experience building production‑grade applications using the React ecosystem.
• Strong curiosity for emerging technologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams.
