Software Engineer – Java & JavaScript (Montreal)

About the role

Everflow is looking for a Software Engineer to join its Montreal team. You will work on a fast‑growing SaaS partner‑marketing platform, delivering features that directly impact thousands of customers.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, design and operations teams to design and ship scalable software solutions.
• Develop and enhance core platform components using Java and JavaScript while maintaining high code quality.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning and agile ceremonies to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Support the micro‑services architecture and help improve infrastructure on Google Cloud.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience with Java.
• 2+ years of professional experience with JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and micro‑services architecture.
• Proficiency with Git and branching strategies.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Ability to work on‑site in Montreal at least two days per week.
