Software Developer, Mobile Platform

About the role

MaintainX is looking for a Mobile Platform Software Developer to join its Mobile team within the Platform Engineering division. You will help create a faster, safer way for feature teams to ship mobile features by building and maintaining the internal developer platform that powers their work.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain React Native foundations and tooling for the internal developer platform.
• Integrate AI‑native workflows into daily development and platform capabilities.
• Raise engineering excellence standards across mobile teams.
• Consolidate and evolve platform primitives such as SDKs, CI pipelines, build tools, and local development golden paths.
• Collaborate with other platform and product development teams to define and adopt platform standards.

Required profile

• 4+ years of mobile engineering experience.
• Expertise in React Native.
• Proficiency in building shared modules, SDKs, and reusable components for cross‑team use.
• Strong understanding of Mobile DevOps.
• AI‑focused mindset and interest in AI‑driven workflows.
