Software Developer - Frontend

About the role

AppDirect is seeking a skilled Frontend Software Developer to join its Montreal team. You will work on a subscription commerce platform that powers millions of transactions worldwide, contributing to both UI components and backend services.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and evolve the integration ecosystem as the platform scales.
• Architect and build systems capable of processing high‑volume transactions.
• Design, implement, and support scalable, fault‑tolerant services to minimise customer impact.
• Participate in the transition to a micro‑service‑oriented architecture.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Strong product mindset with a track record of delivering end‑to‑end business solutions.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience developing software across multiple languages.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑moving, values‑driven environment.
