Social Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Social Specialist to own and grow our social presence across Instagram and TikTok. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content while engaging with our community and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar for Instagram (posts, Stories, Reels) and TikTok.
• Film, edit, and publish short‑form video content that resonates with dog owners.
• Manage inbound messages, comments, and direct messages with a warm, on‑brand tone.
• Identify, outreach to, and coordinate relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
• Track performance metrics, analyze results, and adjust strategy accordingly.

Required profile

• Strong visual sense and ability to keep a consistent brand voice.
• Comfortable moving between strategic planning and hands‑on execution.
• Proactive communicator who can collaborate directly with founders and creative leads.
