Social Media & Visual Content Manager (Part‑Time, Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a creative, self‑driven Social Media & Visual Content Manager to support StratValley Canada and its growing portfolio of digital projects. This part‑time remote contract role will own social media strategy, visual content creation and day‑to‑day execution across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other channels. The role offers flexible hours with 2‑3 check‑ins per week during EST business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Develop monthly and weekly content calendars for multiple brands/projects.
• Produce visually appealing posts, reels, carousels, stories, graphics and short‑form video concepts.
• Write captions, hooks, post copy and basic campaign messaging.
• Maintain consistent visual identity and brand tone across accounts.
• Support growth through content ideas, engagement tactics, trend research and platform optimisation.
• Leverage AI tools for ideation, captions, creative direction, design support and workflow efficiency.
• Design content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
• Repurpose long‑form ideas, business insights and brand messaging into social‑first content.
• Assist community management by responding to comments, messages and audience interactions.
• Track social media performance and report insights.

Required profile

• Creative and self‑motivated with a strong eye for visual design and storytelling.
• Comfortable turning strategy into visuals and producing short‑form video.
• Up‑to‑date with social trends, platform features and brand consistency.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet flexible deadlines.
• Available for remote work with 2‑3 check‑ins per week during EST/Canadian business hours.
