Social Media Manager – Gaming (Remote, Freelance)

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time Social Media Manager to support a gaming and consumer‑electronics brand. The role is fully remote, freelance and will run for at least three months, at 20‑25 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with account and creative teams to define strategy and produce content.
• Develop content plans and campaigns for new product launches and ongoing brand activities.
• Manage and monitor social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and respond or escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain editorial calendars and ensure alignment across organic and paid efforts.
• Track performance, interpret trends and adjust tactics to keep the brand relevant.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience managing social media for gaming or consumer‑electronics brands.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and deliver brand‑aligned assets.
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, best practices and emerging trends.
• Experience translating data insights into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent client presentation and stakeholder management skills.
