Social Media & Community Manager

About the role

StickerYou is looking for a creative, organized and responsive Social Media & Community Manager to grow and manage its organic presence on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. Reporting to the Director of Product & Customer Marketing, you will translate brand and campaign priorities into engaging content that drives community growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain an organic social publishing calendar across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
• Translate campaign, product and business priorities into clear content plans and execution timelines.
• Create, edit and publish short‑form video and still content from concept to execution, leveraging in‑house videography support as needed.
• Evolve social messaging, content pillars and campaign direction based on audience needs and performance data.
• Identify and support creator, influencer and UGC initiatives that align with the brand.
• Monitor social channels daily—including Reddit and other community platforms—and respond to comments, messages and mentions in a timely, on‑brand manner.
• Track trending topics, hashtags, cultural moments and competitor activity, flagging opportunities and risks for the marketing team.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards that track channel performance, audience growth, engagement and traffic.
• Prepare regular performance updates with insights, learnings and recommendations, and support testing of content formats, hooks and posting times.

• Proactive, responsive and able to engage with online communities thoughtfully.
