Social Media & Brand Manager (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, creative and operationally strong Social Media & Brand Manager to lead and elevate our growing social media department. This role goes far beyond writing captions and scheduling posts; you will manage a high‑volume client portfolio, lead client conversations, oversee international production teams, improve workflows and build scalable processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own execution, quality and strategic direction of assigned social media accounts.
• Develop and implement tailored social media strategies aligned with client goals and industry trends.
• Maintain client account health, ensuring deliverables stay within scope, timelines and expectations.
• Audit and continuously improve social media service offerings and internal workflows.
• Create monthly content calendars, write copy and YouTube scripts, and produce on‑brand visual assets using Canva and Photoshop.
• Coordinate photo/video shoots and ensure creative consistency across platforms.
• Manage and quality‑assure content produced by international execution teams, tracking tasks with project management tools.
• Lead client meetings, monthly reviews and quarterly strategy sessions, presenting performance insights and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and account managers on proposals, upsells and influencer marketing campaigns.
• Build and present monthly and quarterly performance reports, analyzing engagement, growth and ROI.
