Site Supervisor

About the role

Highrise Restoration Inc. is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead field activities on restoration construction projects across the Greater Toronto Area. The role involves hands‑on supervision of crews, coordination with subcontractors, and ensuring work meets scope, schedule, safety, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Travel between multiple job sites to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Supervise field teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Review technical execution of waterproofing, concrete repair, membrane installation, façade and balcony work.
• Report site status, issues, and updates to project managers using digital tools.
• Identify potential delays or quality concerns and support practical solutions.
• Maintain clear communication between field and office teams and promote safe work practices.

Required profile

• Background in field supervision, foreman, lead hand, or team lead roles.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of restoration construction, especially building envelope and waterproofing.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly between GTA sites.
• Legally authorised to work in Canada.
