Site Supervisor – Construction Restoration

About the role

Highrise Restoration Inc. is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead field activities on restoration construction projects across the Greater Toronto Area. The role involves travelling between job sites, overseeing crews and subcontractors, and ensuring work meets scope, schedule, safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to multiple sites to monitor progress, quality and safety.
• Supervise field teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Review and verify technical execution of waterproofing, concrete repair, sealant replacement, membrane installation, façade and balcony work.
• Report daily updates, issues and progress to project managers using digital tools.
• Identify potential delays or quality concerns and coordinate resolutions.
• Maintain clear communication between field and office teams and promote safe work practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field supervision, foreman or team‑lead roles within construction restoration.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of building envelope and restoration techniques.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel regularly between GTA sites.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
