Site Superintendent – Residential Conversion

About the role

Starline Developments is looking for an experienced Site Superintendent to lead a residential conversion project in St. Catharines, Ontario. You will be responsible for day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all on‑site construction activities.
• Manage and schedule subcontractors and suppliers.
• Conduct daily site walks, identifying deficiencies before work is concealed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and site policies.
• Coordinate municipal inspections and consultant site reviews.
• Maintain project schedules and assist in resolving site issues.
• Monitor quality control and workmanship standards.
• Document site progress and communicate regularly with project management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.

Required profile

• Experience as a Site Superintendent, Construction Supervisor, or Foreman leading multi‑trade projects.
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and building systems.
• Knowledge of Ontario construction safety requirements.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in residential, institutional, adaptive reuse, renovation, or apartment construction is an asset.
