Site Superintendent – Low‑rise Residential Construction

About the role

ARISTA is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead low‑rise residential projects across the Greater Toronto Area. The role involves managing daily site operations, ensuring production schedules are met, and delivering a high‑quality homeowner experience.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily site operations and maintain production schedules aligned with material orders, inspections, and closing dates.
• Lead the site team, which may include finish superintendents, QC inspectors, site administrators, and labourers.
• Coordinate and inspect trade work from excavation through final grading, enforcing scopes and quality standards.
• Report progress, completion dates, and deficiencies using NewStar and BuilderGo software.
• Conduct regular toolbox talks and coordination meetings, promoting a safety‑first culture.
• Enforce the Ontario Building Code and ARISTA quality standards on every unit.
• Deliver a superior purchaser experience through frame walks, PDIs, and the Tarion warranty process.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in low‑rise residential construction, including site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of OHSA, the Ontario Building Code, and Tarion/HCRA warranty requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and grading drawings.
• Proven ability to resolve on‑site challenges and manage conflicts.
• Natural leader who builds collaboration across trade disciplines.
