Site Superintendent - High Rise

About the role

We are seeking an experienced High‑Rise Site Superintendent to lead day‑to‑day operations on a major residential high‑rise project. This senior position offers the chance to own the full construction lifecycle from excavation through occupancy.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities on a high‑rise residential building.
• Manage trades, site staff, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to high‑quality standards.
• Coordinate site logistics, sequencing, inspections, and construction activities.
• Identify and resolve site issues, delays, and coordination challenges.
• Collaborate closely with the project manager and leadership team to drive project success.

Required profile

• 10+ years of construction site leadership experience.
• Proven track record delivering high‑rise residential or mixed‑use projects.
• Experience managing full‑cycle construction from excavation to occupancy.
• Strong knowledge of site safety, scheduling, quality control, and trade coordination.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
