Site Manager

About the role

Commercial Cleaning Services is looking for a Site Manager to oversee janitorial operations at a logistics warehouse in Calgary. You will lead a team of cleaning staff, ensure service excellence, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise janitorial staff, Site Supervisors, and Shift Supervisors.
• Manage service delivery according to the scope of work, routes, schedules, and equipment guidelines.
• Conduct site inspections, address quality issues, and take corrective actions.
• Process client work orders, follow up for satisfaction, and resolve concerns.
• Recommend additional services such as equipment repairs or replacements.
• Train staff on quality, safety standards, and use of technology tools.
• Maintain accurate payroll, safety inspections, incident reports, and compliance documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in the janitorial industry, preferably in a warehouse setting.
• Post‑secondary education in business or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable cleaning practices and equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid G‑Class Driver’s Licence.
• Commitment to inclusion and legal authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship.
