Site Manager, Facilities Operations and Development

About the role

The Site Manager, Facilities Operations and Development will lead facility operations, public‑private partnership (P3) contract oversight, and service provider performance at Hennick Bridgepoint Hospital. You will ensure the physical environment supports safe, reliable patient care while developing deep expertise in P3 contract governance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee P3 facilities management contracts, preparing performance reports and conducting site inspections.
• Manage relationships with service providers, technical teams, and senior leadership to align operational and infrastructure priorities.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, presentations, and complex conversations to drive actionable outcomes.
• Lead and coach multidisciplinary teams, adapting leadership style to project needs.
• Identify and address gaps in service delivery before they impact patient care.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facilities operations within a healthcare or similar complex environment.
• Strong ability to translate technical, clinical, and operational requirements for diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Demonstrated people‑management capabilities, including coaching and team development.
