Site Foreman – Commercial Interior Renovations

About the role

We are hiring a Foreman for a full‑time, on‑site position working on projects across Alberta, including Jasper, Banff and other sites. The Foreman leads the construction crew, manages safety and ensures high‑quality execution under the direction of the Site Supervisor.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and oversee T‑bar/ceiling grid installations, metal stud framing, and interior framing.
• Perform high‑standard mudding, taping, sanding, and finish work for paint‑ready surfaces.
• Install various flooring types, tile, and architectural millwork/carpentry.
• Supervise crews, coordinate trades, and communicate challenges with the Site Supervisor.
• Lead safety practices on‑site, enforce PPE use, and report hazards promptly.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of commercial construction experience in interior renovations (retail, restaurant, hospitality).
• Carpentry background or current apprenticeship; formal trade schooling is a major asset.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and work orders accurately.
• Strong communication skills for supervising crews and collaborating with subcontractors.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within Alberta.
