Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

About the role

Join Soucy Track Systems as a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods both domestically and internationally. You will work in a fast‑paced environment where coordination, responsiveness, and compliance are essential to delivering excellent service to internal and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and optimize transportation involving clients, subcontractors, and warehouses.
• Prepare and validate shipping documents such as invoices, delivery notes, and customs paperwork.
• Coordinate the receipt of components and manage returns.
• Collaborate closely with production, purchasing, and customer service teams.
• Identify and propose concrete improvements to logistics processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing environment.
• College diploma (DEC) in Transportation Logistics, Operations Management, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of international transportation and customs procedures.
• Excellent bilingual communication skills in French and English.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• SAP (manufacturing ERP system) – considered an asset.
