About the role
We are looking for a motivated Shift Manager to lead our fast‑food team at Starbucks in Yellowknife. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a safe, efficient environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Strong focus on safety, sanitation and quality standards.
