About the role
Join Wendy's as a Shift Manager in a fast‑paced restaurant environment. You will lead a team to ensure smooth operations and high‑quality service during your shift.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
Required profile
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a fast‑food environment is an asset.
