About the role
The company is seeking a Shear Operator to work in its metal fabrication shop in Saint‑Augustin‑de‑Desmaures. The role involves operating shear and related equipment to shape metal stock into finished parts.
Key responsibilities
- Cut, bend, roll, ream, punch, drill, and weld metal stock.
- Operate shear machines and related tooling safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished parts for quality and dimensional accuracy.
Required profile
- No formal degree, certificate or diploma required.
- Prior experience in metalworking is an asset.
