Service Appointment Coordinator – Automotive Service

About the role

We are seeking a Service Appointment Coordinator to join our busy automotive service team in Carleton Place. You will be the first point of contact for customers calling to schedule vehicle repairs, ensuring a smooth and stress‑free experience. This role combines customer service, scheduling, and logistical coordination to keep our service department running efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls to schedule service appointments.
• Arrange convenient drop‑off times with service advisors and confirm parts availability.
• Coordinate courtesy transportation, loaner vehicles, and driver schedules for pick‑up and delivery.
• Review maintenance recommendations with customers and provide clear information.
• Maintain accurate appointment records and update the service management system.

Required profile

• Local to the Ottawa Valley with reliable transportation.
• Valid G (or G2) driver’s licence.
• Ability to work 10 am‑7 pm Monday‑Friday and 8 am‑4 pm every second Saturday (with a Friday off in lieu).
• Strong verbal communication and customer‑service orientation.
