Service Advisor – BMW/MINI (Langley)

About the role

The Service Advisor will be the primary point of contact for BMW and MINI customers at the Langley dealership. You will manage repair orders, ensure accurate documentation, and drive service profitability while delivering a high‑level customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, listen to vehicle concerns, and create detailed repair orders.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, obtain signatures, and process documents as jobs are finished.
• Schedule service appointments, monitor work‑in‑progress, and communicate any delays or additional work needed.
• Review repairs with customers at vehicle delivery and suggest additional services when appropriate.
• Estimate costs and completion times, and coordinate with the Service Manager as required.
• Handle warranty verification, back‑order parts notifications, and arrange loaner or alternate transportation.
• Maintain a clean reception area and follow all safety policies.

Required profile

• Working knowledge of automotive equipment and service processes.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with ability to retain and satisfy clients.
• Ability to use a computerized equipment‑maintenance system for records and reports.
• Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Valid Ontario driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
