Service Advisor – Automotive Service Department

About the role

Join the Moncton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership as a Service Advisor and be the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for maintenance and repair. You will ensure a seamless, high‑quality service experience while supporting the dealership’s commitment to operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Estimate repair costs and timeframes for a wide range of vehicle issues.
• Greet customers, discuss their service needs, and answer inquiries in person or by phone.
• Prepare detailed repair orders that capture vehicle problems and symptoms.
• Connect customers with the appropriate automotive technicians.
• Test‑drive vehicles to verify that repairs meet customer expectations.
• Maintain accurate automotive records, tracking problems and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years dealership experience as a Service Advisor.
• Strong automotive knowledge and a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CDK dealership management software.
