Server – Part-Time (High Level, AB)

About the role

Servers lead the Guest Experience at the table and ensure our Guests have everything they need from appetizers to desserts. Masters of situational service, they tailor their style to meet the needs of our Guests.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy of the entire order and maintain a positive, guest‑focused attitude throughout the experience.
• Practice responsible selling and serving of alcohol, handle payments, and anticipate guest expectations by promoting upcoming specials.
• Utilize bar and food knowledge to recommend items and enhance the dining experience.
• Maintain composure and thrive in a fast‑paced environment while supporting team members.

Required profile

• Leads by example, works collaboratively with team members and achieves goals through strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Builds relationships by finding common ground, communicates effectively, and upholds Boston Pizza’s Brand Standards, Food Safety, and Foundations of Hospitality.
