Server – Outlets (Hospitality)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic hospitality professionals to join our fast‑paced outlets as Servers. In this role you will be the face of the dining experience, delivering attentive, artful service to guests in a dynamic hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Anticipate and respond to guest needs before they are expressed.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station, including lifting trays up to 20 lb.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to provide seamless service.
• Adhere to health, safety, and service standards throughout each shift.

Required profile

• Valid ProServe Certificate.
• 1–3 years of food service or restaurant experience.
• Positive attitude with strong communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑moving environment.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Physical stamina to stand, walk and lift trays up to 20 lb for the duration of a shift.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
