Server Assistant (PM)

About the role

Under the direction of the Front of House Management Team, the Server Assistant supports servers by ensuring every table is properly set, clean and ready for guests. You will maintain a high level of floor awareness, possess strong knowledge of the menu and beverage offerings, and help deliver a polished, memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect all tables for correct mise en place, cleanliness and completeness before service.
• Assist servers with food running, ensuring each plate reaches the right guest at the right time.
• Answer guest questions about dishes, drinks, wines and restaurant services.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of your section, including proper storage of service items.
• Communicate with servers and hosts to optimise guest seating and flow.
• Monitor food quality and presentation to meet O&B standards.

Required profile

• Attention to detail and strong floor awareness.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
