SEO Manager – Technical SEO, GEO & AI Search

About the role

Cosmo5 is seeking an SEO Manager to lead technical SEO initiatives for its North America portfolio. The role focuses on solving complex technical challenges, partnering with development teams, and building scalable solutions that drive measurable business results across traditional and AI‑powered search platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits for enterprise sites and translate findings into prioritized action plans.
• Identify and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexation, rendering, site architecture, internal linking, structured data, Core Web Vitals, page speed, duplicate content, canonicals, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, redirects, and JavaScript SEO.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and UX teams to implement recommendations.
• Support website launches, migrations, redesigns, CMS implementations, and new feature releases from an SEO perspective.
• Monitor technical health of sites and proactively surface improvement opportunities.
• Develop SEO strategies aligned with business goals, conduct keyword and content gap analysis, and partner with content teams.
• Lead initiatives in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and emerging AI search technologies.
