Senior Vice President & General Manager, Senior Living

About the role

PointClickCare is looking for a seasoned executive to lead its Senior Living vertical as Senior Vice President & General Manager. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be the single accountable leader for growth, profitability, and market strategy, overseeing the entire customer lifecycle from acquisition to expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the Senior Living market.
• Own P&L responsibility, ensuring profitability and sustainable revenue streams.
• Lead pipeline generation, acquisition, retention, and expansion initiatives.
• Represent PointClickCare as the primary face of the company to senior living providers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align product, marketing, and sales efforts.
• Travel to Mississauga and Salt Lake City for onboarding, team events, and semi‑annual meetings.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level executive experience in the senior living or long‑term care sector.
• Strong operator mindset with a track record of delivering growth and profitability.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a field‑oriented, high‑visibility role.
