Senior Vice President, Commercial New Payment Flows

About the role

The Senior Vice President, Commercial New Payment Flows leads Mastercard's go‑to‑market strategy for commercial and B2B payment solutions across Canada. Reporting to the President of Canada and the EVP of Commercial & New Payment Flows, North America, this executive is a member of both the Canada and North America leadership teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Canada President, market leaders, sales teams and customers to identify and size market opportunities and integrate global priorities into the Canada GTM strategy.
• Own commercialisation plans, including pricing structures and product customisation for local market needs.
• Define and drive product roadmaps and growth plans for Commercial & New Payment Flows in Canada, collaborating with global and regional partners.
• Contribute to global product strategy by bringing insights from Canadian customers and market drivers.
• Represent Mastercard’s Commercial & New Payment Flows function at conferences, customer events and external forums.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in commercial payments, B2B, or financial services.
• Strong track record of developing and executing go‑to‑market strategies at scale.
• Ability to influence product development agendas and drive revenue growth across multiple customer segments.
• Excellent collaboration skills with global product, sales, marketing and solution centres.
