Senior Talent Advisor

About the role

LevelUP HCS is seeking a Senior Talent Advisor to lead end‑to‑end recruitment initiatives for our clients, primarily within the telecommunications sector. The role combines strategic talent acquisition with consulting expertise to design scalable hiring processes.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified candidates using online platforms, the company’s applicant tracking system, and professional networks.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs.
• Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to define workforce plans and create detailed job descriptions.
• Conduct behavioral‑based interviews, coordinate interview logistics, and manage post‑interview debriefs.
• Mentor and coach junior recruiters, ensuring consistent sourcing and assessment standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal HR teams, candidates, and external vendors.

Required profile

• 10+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably with exposure to the telecommunications industry.
• Proven ability to work with senior leaders on workforce planning and talent strategy.
• Experience mentoring junior recruiting staff.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
