Senior Specialist, Product Experience Design

About the role

Mastercard’s Services New Product Development team within Mastercard Foundry is seeking a Senior Specialist in Product Experience Design. You will help shape innovative B2B and B2B2C data products, applying human‑centric design to turn complex data into intuitive user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design proof‑of‑concepts and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) using Lean UX and Design Thinking.
• Define next‑generation data‑driven product concepts and validate them through user research and technical experiments.
• Translate complex data sets into clear, digestible visual solutions across web, mobile, and voice interfaces.
• Lead and participate in cross‑functional Design Thinking workshops with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and industry experts.
• Collaborate with brand, marketing, and technology teams to ensure delightful, usable transactional experiences.
• Drive future‑state conceptual designs and continuous experimentation to improve overall product quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a product designer working on data‑intensive digital products.
• Strong ability to work in fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams and iterate rapidly.
• Passion for user‑centered design and a track record of delivering usable MVPs.
