Senior Specialist, Global Talent & Learning

About the role

Armstrong Fluid Technology is seeking a Senior Specialist to lead global talent management and learning initiatives. You will partner with HR, business leaders, and functional experts across multiple continents to design, implement, and continuously improve talent pipelines, succession planning, and development programs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the global talent management strategy, coordinating annual talent reviews and succession planning processes.
• Develop and deliver Leadership, Technical, and Functional Academies, translating expertise into structured learning journeys.
• Create and update competency and capability frameworks, conducting job analyses and gap assessments.
• Support graduate and early‑career programs, managing rotations, assessments, and mentoring.
• Analyze performance and talent data to identify capability gaps and inform development priorities.
• Produce talent and L&D reports, dashboards, and business cases for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Education or related field.
• 5+ years progressive experience in talent management, learning & development, or organizational development.
• Experience in a manufacturing or technically complex environment is strongly preferred.
• Proven project management, facilitation, and stakeholder partnership skills.
