Senior Specialist – AI Consulting GTM Enablement

About the role

Mastercard’s Services team is looking for a Senior Specialist to drive the go‑to‑market (GTM) enablement of its AI consulting offerings. The role will translate defined AI consulting solutions into ready‑to‑use assets and support sales and account teams throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain GTM assets such as pitch decks, solution briefs, use‑case summaries, ROI narratives and FAQs, tailored to industries and buyer personas.
• Deliver enablement sessions, walkthroughs and pre‑deal preparation for sales and account teams, ensuring clear articulation of AI consulting value.
• Contribute to proposals, RFP responses and client presentations, shaping deals by clarifying scope, highlighting relevant use cases and aligning with approved offers.
• Capture market and sales feedback, track competitive signals and feed insights to senior leadership to refine offers and messaging.
• Act as a day‑to‑day GTM support resource for priority pursuits and participate in client workshops as needed.

Required profile

• Strong AI literacy and understanding of AI consulting services.
• Experience in consulting or advisory environments with commercial instincts.
• Ability to work closely with sales, account and product teams.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts into business value.
