Senior Software Engineer, Integrations

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Senior Software Engineer to join d1g1t’s Integrations team. In this role you will act as a technical voice and project leader, bridging business needs and complex data systems while delivering seamless experiences to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of robust, scalable ETL processes using Python and Airflow.
• Collaborate with technical peers and non‑technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into elegant software solutions.
• Architect and build intuitive internal tools that streamline workflows and benefit clients.
• Own small projects and mentor pods of 1‑2 engineers to drive initiatives to completion.
• Champion best practices in software design and ensure integration architecture is reliable and future‑ready.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on software engineering experience delivering complex projects.
• Highly proficient in Python with strong system‑design capabilities.
• Deep practical understanding of relational databases, schema design, and performance optimization.
• Curiosity about AI development and a desire to explore new AI technologies.
• Excellent communication, organization, and ability to break down scopes for non‑technical colleagues.
