About the role
Mattel is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead its strategic Walmart partnership in Canada. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will head a high‑performing account team, balancing day‑to‑day execution with long‑term growth planning.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Walmart Canada account team to achieve sales, profit, market‑share and inventory targets.
- Own the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) commitments and ensure flawless execution.
- Develop and advance Joint Business Planning (JBP) initiatives and the Advanced Strategic Planning (ASP) partnership with Walmart.
- Leverage data, shopper trends and category analytics to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Walmart U.S. sales teams and global Mattel peers to share best practices and scale successful strategies.
- Align Mattel’s strategic priorities with Walmart’s evolving business objectives.
