About the Position

Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU) is seeking two world-renowned international researchers to join the prestigious Canada Impact+ Research Chairs program. This is a unique opportunity to lead high-impact applied research initiatives within Canada's only polytechnic university, backed by long-term federal funding and institutional support.

Main Missions

• Develop and lead high-impact applied research programs aligned with the Canada Impact+ initiative.
• Conduct advanced research that bridges academic excellence with industry and community needs.
• Contribute to the academic excellence of KPU through leadership in your respective field.
• Collaborate with industry partners and community stakeholders to translate research into practical applications.

Candidate Profile

• Must currently reside and work outside of Canada.
• Must hold the rank of Associate Professor or Professor, or possess equivalent qualifications for these levels.
• Proven track record of international research excellence and high-impact publications.
• Demonstrated ability to secure funding and lead large-scale research projects.
