Senior Red Team Operator

Main Missions

• Conduct advanced reconnaissance on target networks, personnel, processes, and technologies.
• Develop creative methods to establish initial access and foothold within target environments.
• Deploy custom malware and establish robust Command-and-Control (C2) infrastructures.
• Execute stealthy lateral movement to achieve campaign objectives while evading Blue Team detection.
• Implement persistence mechanisms and strategically adjust long-term beacons to maintain access.
• Research, test, and develop new Tools, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) to enhance team tradecraft.
• Maintain detailed documentation and audit trails to ensure deconfliction and non-repudiation.
• Translate complex technical findings into actionable, high-level reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure all operations strictly adhere to established Rules of Engagement (RoE).

Profile Required

• Proven experience in advanced offensive security operations and Red Teaming.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a highly creative mindset for bypassing security controls.
• Strong ability to work autonomously while maintaining rigorous documentation standards.
• Ability to communicate technical vulnerabilities to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Continuous learner, staying ahead of the latest threat landscapes and adversary tactics.
